In my early 30's, trying to survive the daily grind of city life, I was frustrated that what I wanted from life for myself and for others was falling short of the reality that was around me. I felt physically exhausted and emotionally numb. Something had to give because I couldn’t give anymore.

After witnessing the repercussions that can occur when self-care is not a daily focus in an individuals’ life, my life included, I began journeying back to find what it means to be well: body, mind, and spirit.

After speaking with a life coach, I came to understand that the compassion I needed to reconnect with was~ compassion for myself.

I learned I had to let go of stressing over things I could not change and prioritize myself, my well-being, healthy boundaries and a renewed perspective.

Having suffered with back and shoulder pain for over 10 years and simply pushing through the pain, I saw multiple physicians who prescribed me the same things at each referral: x-rays and pain pills. Left with a sense of void from these experiences, the interactions I had observed, and often times had been a part of as a health care provider, I knew there was more to health than what I was experiencing

I recalled how my father integrated treatments like acupuncture, cupping, massage, sauna, prayer, and meditation into his health care. Whenever I did not feel well, my parents would place their hands over me and would pray that I would feel better. I always felt a sense of ease, peace, less stressed and decreased discomfort. Remembering this, I knew I had to reconnect to my roots of holistic healing.

I invested time caring for myself through regular massage, acupuncture, chiropractor visits, yoga, prayer, meditation and living mindfully.

After over a decade of experience as a Certified Emergency Nurse across the U.S., I returned to NYC and continued my Post-Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas to become a Board Certified Holistic Nurse at Pacific College of Health and Science. At PCHS I learned the power of healing presence, active listening, mindfulness, centering, meditation, guided imagery, cognitive behavior therapy, hypnotherapy, aromatherapy, M-technique, biofeedback, principles of Ayurveda, homeopathy, auriculotherapy (ear seeds), and natural herbs and supplements.

One of my main integrative modalities, Healing Touch, I studied under the teachings of Healing Beyond Borders and Healing Touch New York.

Under Reiki Masters/Teachers Manu Del Prete and Aki Hirata Baker, I studied the powerful healing energy of Reiki

I became a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Nurse Coach with the International Nurse Coach Association, accredited by American Holistic Nurses' Association.  I studied Clinical Nutrition from the Institute of Functional Medicine at Kripalu Center.

As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I incorporate holistic modalities such as deep listening, breath awareness, sound therapy, art therapy, guided imagery and journaling during coaching sessions to facilitate an individual’s connection with their inner awareness and wisdom in making healthy decisions for their life.

I studied Thai Yoga Bodywork with Lotus Palm Thai Yoga, and am continuing my education in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science.

I have been a Board Certified Holistic Nurse and Integrative Health and Wellness Coach at a NYC Hospital since 2019 supporting and sharing self-care practices to fellow Healthcare Providers, patients, and their loved ones.

Currently I am seeing private clients virtually via Zoom for Coaching, Reiki, and Integrative Healing Techniques.

Now that you’ve heard my story, I am looking forward to getting to know you and hear all about you!

On this journey together,
